Queenstown And Beyond, New Zealand

Sorry it has been so long since i last wrote as you can imagine things got pretty hectic. Queenstown can only be described as an awesome place to live. We did the bungy as you can see from my video it was big and some may say that i wasnt the clamest person as i was jumping. Having only just watched the video im glad my language is clean (as always mum). After doing the bungy we headed for a night out and gave Joel a lot of stck as he wouldnt do the jump. After a few more beers and Joel being Joel he annouces that tomorrow he will do a bungy not the big one but a bungy all the same. The next morning we all wake up with slightly sore heds but remember Joels promise and before he can protest we head out to a bungy centre for him to do one. As he jumped/ fell off the edge you could see he didnt want to do it and tried to grab hold of the platform to get back up but by then it was to late. The next day we headed to Milford Sounds about 5 hours drive and took a boat trip around the fjord the views were amazing and when i get to abetter computer i will put up some excellent pics. We then headed back to queenstown to do river surfing. Its a very basic idea, put you in the rapids that you would normally do in a raft with a body board and helmet and you fly down the rapids. After a few bumps cuts and bruises we emerged out of the grad 3-4 river victorious. The next day we headed to Mount Cook and did a 4 hour hike up and around the area once again some great views and ill get the pics up ASAP. Today we have headed to a place called Akaroa where we will have our last nght in the camper before heading too Christchurch to give our camper back and fly to Fiji (we depart on the 27th). Hope everything at home is going well and the weather there is as good as it is here.
