Tarifa, Spain

Short review

Tarifa and its closest towns as Bolonia and Zahara are to me the pearls of Andalucia. Their charm is in their nature and the lack of constructions and big hotels. To sleep in one of the few hotels there it is expensive, so I would highly recommend to rent an apartment as I did through http://www.spain-holiday.com and click on the Cadiz province.
