Yes, this beautiful picture is where I'll be in a matter of weeks - Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail are the highlight of this 6 week overland trip I'll be on. The lovely Patricia (Anthony's younger sis) is with me and about 30 other people we don't know. We'll meet the other tomorrow but for the moment me and Patricia are enjoying the sights and sounds of the city of Lima. Smells - food. Sounds- beeping car horns and cars driving by the hotel (much to the distress of Patricia who will be investing in a pair of earplugs). Tastes - they have great chicken! Sights - well I just got here so give me a chance but I shall be reporting with more news soon.
