The Travelling Adventures of Laura and Nicole

by Laura Michelle Power

Tokyo, Japan

Ok well the flight sucked!! About 6 hours long and that was pretty much 6 hours of bad bumpyness. Even the airhostesses were strapped in for a good hour or so it was that bad. I will admit i freaked out a lot during one bit and forcefully held on to Laura's hand for dear life..... she almost lost blood circulation i was squeezing so hard. Bad times!
Oh and maybe dozed for a max of 20 mins so we were pretty tired arriving in Tokyo airport at 7am Japan time.

Bags were soooo heavy.... sucks! We managed to get our Japan rail passes so we could train it about for cheap. We got directions and jumped on the train.
Our directions were wrong anyway but also we were kind of dozing so didnt realise until way to late that we had gone out of the Tokyo region on the map and missed our stop. OOPs.

We finally made it to our hostel 3 hours later, moody and tired! We couldnt check in so had to dump our bags and force ourselves to go and get some food.

Pretty much unpacked and wandered to try and stay awake till night time. Sooo tired and we feel like crap which sucks :(. Hopefully tomorrow will be better...
