Dyna & Scotty RTW adventure

Nadi, Fiji

Why does it always rain on me.

Bula once again from Fiji. Yes we are still here. We tried to get an early flight out but it seems that everyone has had the same idea so we decided to try and find a hotel for the remaining 2 nights. We waited in a hotel lobby for 4 hrs begging for a room and eventually got one. It is safe to say that Fiji has been an experiance and we may even have footage for one of those holiday nightmare programmes but our spirits are still high - it has been an experiance. We have been fortunate as there are many families and honeymooners out here and their holidays have been ruined. At least we have another two weeks to go and another two destinations. We had a sunny day yesterday so we got our bathers on and to the pool we went. We even went down the kids water slide. We have found out that the hurricane was called Bob and it is the worst they have had in 5 years.

Looking forward to heading to Sydney tomorrow to see Denise and Grieg and hopfully get some sun shine. I dont think I have ever spent a holiday inthe hotel next to the airport. It was funny sunbathing yesterday with the planes taking off above you and last night we went for a meal in the airport. :) We have some cracking photos and tales to tell.

Hope all are well.

Famous people sighted: zero (I may have to give up on this one)
