Monkey Mia, Western Australia

Today we headed to Monkey Mia from Coral Bay, the home of the wild dolphins. Since the 1960's the bottle nosed dolphins have visited here each day to interact with humans. We arrived towards late afternoon. After having a stroll along the coastline Reg and I got our dinner, well if you can call it that, (bread roll and salad) and watched yet another sunset. I never get tired of them especially the ones over the ocean.

We then joined an aboriginal cultural walikng tour that evening to discover the sights of Gathagadu (Shark Bay) through aboriginal eyes.

After this it was off to the bar for a few bev's before bed! For tonight and the rest of the tour we slept in backpacker accomodation so no tents!!! Hooray!!!! It was so nice to sleep in a proper bed again!
