Hi Everyone,
Just a quick update as we have been in Shanghai for 2 days and we are heading off for a 24hr train this afternoon, into the countryside of Longji Terraces... very excited!!! We have had the most fantastic two days here! Im very tempted to move here! Shanghai is a fantastic city, we sat overlooking the river and buildings/skyscrapers all lit up and had a drink which was the most fantastic view. Yesterday we then we to Yu Gardens - which was traditional gardens in china and the plants and scenery and buildings were amazing, the weather was great too! We then headed to the French Concession where all the European buildings are situated... and this is where the money is! Fantastic!!!!!! To top what was a fantastic day, we love shanghai! We then headed to the river and had a night cruise which was stunning the buildings and lights were something special, we then took a ferry accross to the skyscrapers and had an EXPENSIVE drink in the tallest bar in the world..."Cloud 9" the views were incredible!!! Not many people can say that they have had a drink there! So we are very gutted to be leaving Shanghai... but here is to the rest of our adventure! Love to All, keep writing on the walls... we love hearing from you!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
