Today was another beautiful day in Florence and we went to a nearby town, Fiesolle, in the mountains above Florence. Kathy showed us around and we saw a spectaular view of Florence better than Piazza Michealanglo!!We saw an ancient medival church at this charming city, ruins of Roman baths as well as an ampithetre. The cemetary was the most interesting. Every grave had an electric candle and a photo of the person buried. It was moving experience. Later, we ate a huge waffle with whip cream and chocolate. Annie's face was covered with it. We are going out tonight for an Italian social called an apperito. Tommorrow we leave for paris and I called to reconfirm our bed and breakfast. Love you all!
